ONSITE ESTATE LIQUIDATION

After an assessment of saleable items, an onsite sale will be held to liquidate the estate.  The pricing of the items in the estate will be based on our expertise and the estimated resale market value.  All items are receipted when sold and an inventory is provided at the completion of each estate sale. PERSONAL PROPERTY APPRAISALS

Personal Property Appraisals may be done for clients on a case by case basis.  As certified appraisers, we will assess the value of the property for  Attorneys, Trustees, Banks, Individuals and Fiduciaries of an Estate.   Please call Karen or Sharon to discuss the matters of the property in detail.
