And if you didn't get a chance to come by the first time or you wish you would have bought something and regret it....The house will be open for more shopping!

CASH & VENMO ONLY. Sales Tax will be included on all purchases, unless you are using YOUR California Resale Certificate. You must have the California Resale Certificate with you and the number will be verified before the transaction is completed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO one will be on the premises to help move heavy items. Please bring your own moving equipment and helpers.  

NO LARGE BAGS, PURSES OR BOXES ALLOWED. Wallets Only. Lock Your Purses & Large Coats In Your Car.
